The Respondus package is licensed on a yearly basis - thus the password needs to be changed on the software page every year (usually around June/July).

Each year the campus contact receives an email containing information on accessing the licensing information for this product. The administrator can then use that information to update the software page.

The registration page can be updated by editing the page at ~software/distribution/licensing/respondus/respondus.html. Access to this area requires membership in the "software" unix group on zoo. Membership in this group is managed by Geoffrey Duke.

New versions of the software can be uploaded to the same area: ~software/distribution/licensing/respondus/

Once a new version has been uploaded to the above location, the download page should be updated to reflect this. This can be done via the download update page. To gain access to this page, contact Wesely Wright.
